I am Brand Building expert based in Rwanda.
I have ten years of experience building brands in African emerging markets. The majority of my time in these markets was spent working with the leadership teams of startups. Where I had the privilege to learn how to efficiently craft "BIG Brand feel" marketing and communication strategies as well as flawless lead projects to drive business objectives. I understand the need to maintain credibility with clients, investors and employees by building the correct narrative and positioning a brand holistically.
My role is to ensure all 65 franchisees thrive, the JIBU “BIG BRAND” feel is spreading, and customer satisfaction is maintained.
My primary responsibility was to build relevant and impactful brand plans to power up the Brand and to track and optimize the marketing effort within the Rwandan and Tanzanian markets and thereafter in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire.
Yielded the company profitability of 20% EDIBTA by executing all set campaigns at 45%Gross profit margin and creating recurring partnerships with leading global brands.
